Day 3: Owatonna to Waseca
Bike MS: Ride Across Minnesota (formerly known as TRAM) is a ride that will take you farther than you’ve ever gone before. What makes this ride so special? A new route every year encourages exploration of different parts of the state on a fully-supported cycling vacation. In 2018, over 600 riders will travel through picturesque scenery and experience the rich history of south-central Minnesota. Choose to ride a three-day route or take on the full five days.
Riders will travel through towns they may not be familiar with, see incredible sights, and make new friends as they travel each day. With several fully supported rest stops - including refreshments, shade, and the services of our partner bike shops - cyclists can feel comfortable riding in a whole new area. SAG vehicles provide transportation for riders who need it, while safety teams coordinate to make your adventure go as smooth as possible.
Free camping is available for every night of the ride; some families bring along an RV, with parking (but not hook-ups) available near each overnight stop. Those who need a fresh bed each night can check the event website for information on hotels the ride provides shuttles to.
Your participation drives breakthroughs in MS research and ensures people with MS have what they need to live their best lives.
Please note that the 2018 event begins on Sunday, July 15 and ends on Friday, July 20.
